Añadiremos el resto de los ingredientes, la levadura, las dos harinas tamizadas, el aceite, la sal

Amasaremos 3 minutos velocidad espiga
Así mezclaremos todo bien. - Ahora sacamos la masa del vaso y amasaremos un poco a mano y formaremos una bola dejándolaen un cuenco con un poco de harina en el fondo
Taparemos con un film transparente y un paño seco por encima
Dejaremos reposar una hora o que doble su volumen.
Cuando ya lo tenemos sacaremos del bol y sacudiremos la harina que pueda quedar pegada. - Ahora podemos trocear la masa en varias porciones para hacer nuestros panecillo o dejarla entera y hacer un pan redondo.
Como dejamos el pan a reposar tendremos que calentar el horno. Lo pondremos a unos 220ºC calor arriba y abajo o si tenemos aire podremos poner dos bandejas con los panecillos a hornear unos 30-35 minutos pero esto en mi horno igual el tuyo necesita menos tiempo, esto hay que vigilar. - Siempre dependerá del tamaño del pan será más o menos tiempo.
Para hornear y que quede con corteza lo he puesto en bolsas especiales de hornear en horno y microondas. Pondremos un poco de harina dentro de cada bolsa y un poco de harina encima de cada panecillo o el pan que hagamos
