- Consigue una masa blandita, pero que no se pegue en los dedos, añadiento más harina poquito a poco y amasando unos 10 minutos.
- Deja reposar 1 hora en el horno encendido con 50 gradus.
- Parte la masa en 5 bolitas y extiende una a una con la ayuda de un rodillo,untando de mantequilla derretida(reserva un poco de mantequilla) y echando queso rallado por encima. Pon las una encima de otra.
- Enrolla como si vas hacer un brazo gitano. Estira lo y enrolla como un caracol y deja en el recipiente de hornear, redondo. (El recipiente untado de mantequilla o cubierto con papel de hornear)
- Puedes darle otra forma, por ejemplo cortando el rollo en triángulos.En el medio pon las puntas y en el alrededor los triángulos(yo hice esto)
- Deja reposar en el horno media hora más y verás que doblará su tamaño de nuevo.Unta con la yema reservada batida con la cuchara de aceite de oliva.Decora con las pipas.
- Mete en el horno sin precalentar y pon a 170 gradus. En 30 minutos está listo! Pruba con un palillo para asegurarte.(Los primeros 20 min no habras el horno!!!)
- Unta de mantequilla y tapa con un pañuelo. En 5-10 min está listo para comer!!!
