- Teniendo todos los ingredientes en el vaso ponemos el vaso de agua con la pastilla de avecrem y lo trituramos todo.
- La dejamos unos 15 minutos aproximadamente y añadimos el vaso de vino, y lo dejamos que empiece a hervir unos 10 minutos para que vaya reduciendo la salsa si te queda muy líquida añade maicena.
- Una vez todo triturado la salsa la volvemos a meter en la olla.

- Y una vez tenga la salsa lista añades las albóndigas y lo dejas unos 20 minutos para que coja todo el sabor y listo para comer.(Como opción puedes añadir patatas)
