- Añadir el puré de tomate y la mezcla de frutos secos. Remover y cocinar a fuego medio durante 5 minutos, removiendo para que no se pegue
- Añadir la leche y calentar hasta que empiece a hervir. Bajar el fuego y cocinar a fuego lento, removiendo, hasta que esté más espesa la salsa
- Añadir todas las verduras (peladas, lavadas y cortadas en trozos pequeños, tipo dados) y remover. Cocinar sobre fuego medio durante 10 minutos. Si hace falta, añade un vaso de agua con media pastilla de verdura disuelta.
- Cuando estén blandas las verduras, quitar del fuego. Añadir la nata, remover bien y servir.
