  6. Y ya limpia se deja en una cacerola grande y se agrega un litro de agua
  7. La colocamos en la nuestro fuego (estufa) (anafre) y agregamos los 800 g de panela, medio kilo de azúcar, 14g de canela y 3 g de hoja de higo
  8. Para nuestro último paso se deja que hierva y absorba toda el agua con el dulce para que cristalice por 8 horas
  9. Al final debe de tener una consistencia dura y muy brillosa
  10. Se emplata con al gusto, yo emplate con crema batida, dulce de calabaza y la calabaza 🎃
