    Lo dejé cocinar 20 minutos así queda cremoso.
  9. Cuando se dore un lado de las milanesas, darlas vuelta y agregar el puré de tomate y el queso. Cocinar hasta que se derrite y listo! Yo les agregué tomate y perejil.
