- Hacemos primero la masa para las láminas de la tarta triturando en primer lugar las pipas de girasol activadas (en el vídeo explico cómo se activan), y luego las nueces, los dátiles remojados, al menos dos horas, y el cacao.
- Extendemos la masa resultante sobre una lámina de papel de horno, con la ayuda de un rodillo de amasar, hasta que tenga un grosor lo más fino posible sin que se rompa. Cortamos tres láminas de 15x15 cm y reservamos en la nevera o congelador para que se endurezcan un poco y sean menos frágiles.
- Ahora por un lado asamos la calabaza troceada en el horno y por otro cocemos la manzana troceada con parte del zumo de naranja, reservando el resto del zumo.
- Cuando tanto la manzana como la calabaza estén un poco blandas, las juntamos y dejamos cocer juntas con el azúcar unos minutos más, hasta que estén tan blanditas que se deshagan con el tenedor. En ese momento disolvemos la harina de maíz con el zumo restante y lo incorporamos al puré, removiendo y dejando cocer un poco más. Podemos triturarlo con la batidora para que quede un puré más fino. reservamos y dejamos enfriar.
- Cuando haya enfriado ya podemos montar la tarta. Colocamos una lámina, cubrimos con la mitad del puré, ponemos otra lámina ponemos el puré restante y, finalmente, tapamos con la última lámina.
- Ya sólo nos queda preparar la cobertura. Para ello ponemos la bebida de avena al fuego con el chocolate troceado y removemos hasta que se funda completamente. Lo vertemos rápidamente sobre la tarta y extendemos para que la cubra perfectamente por todos lados. Dejamos enfriar, refrigeramos y ya sólo nos queda disfrutar de esta delicia, y por menos de tres euros! :D
