- Lavar la calabaza, sacarle las semillas y cocinar por 1 hora en horno a fuego medio

- Una vez transcurrido ese tiempo ahuecar la calabaza procurando no llegar hasta el fondo y los laterales, dejar una delgada capa para que no se rompa

- Agregar el puré a la mezcla junto con la mozzarella y los condimentos


- Rellenar la calabaza y cocinar en el horno 10 minutos más para que se derrita la muzzarella



- Tip 1 para hacer esta receta aún más suculenta podemos agregarle manteca, crema y queso rallado al relleno 🤤
- Tip 2 las semillas de calabaza se pueden consumir !!! Debemos hervirlas por 15 minutos y luego tostarlas en el horno o sartén por 20 min más
