- Mientras tanto cortar la cebolla en tiras finas, cocinarla en sartén con aceite de oliva bien caliente, con una pizca de sal y azúcar para que desprendan todo su sabor. Retirar una vez que queden transparentes. Escurrir en papel absorbente
- Cuando calabaza esté tierna, hacer puré, agregar la cebolla y el ciboulette picado. Dejar enfriar antes de elaborar los sorrentinos.

- Estirar la masa en molde de sorrentinos enharinado, rellenar con cuidado para que no se rompan. Estirar otra masa por encima con palote para que corte los bordes.
- Yo los hice con salsa de champignonses que la voy a dejar en mis recetas, pero al otro día también comí con salsa de tomate y quedó delicioso !!!
