- Mirar el batido, si ya no quedan grumos dejar de batir y proceder a descargar en un molde para horno (usé sabarin)

- Llevar a horno precalentado, calor arriba/abajo de 170°.por espacio de 55 minutos. Hacer siempre la prueba del palito para controlar su cocción.

- A los 55 minutos se ve de esta manera, falta un 5 minutos más. Tener en cuenta que la cocción es sólo a 170°. Y puede alcanzar, 60 minutos para una cocción óptima.

- No dejen de hacer, es muy bueno para los niños y los no tan niños. Jejejeje
