- Los nopales los parto a la mitad y los relleno con queso (no lo deshebro solo corto un pedazo) empalmó las dos partes de nopal con el queso (uso palillos) y lo enharino.
- Con las calabazas hago lo mismo que el nopal solo que estas están en grupo...
- Separo el huevo (les quito la yema) y bato la clara hasta que volteo mi traste y no se cae. Después agregó las yemas
- Pongo a calentar un poco de aceite en un sartén y conforme las voy metiendo al huevo las voy echando a freír...
- Para el caldillo en una cazuela pongo un poco de aceite, lo deja calentar hecho cebolla en rodajas y pongo un poco de harina hasta que se acitrone
- Agrego ya molido el jitomate con cebolla y ajo pequeño hasta que se sazone y agrego agua y pongo consomé
- Hecho las calabazas para que se cuezan en el caldillo y agrego después el resto de el capeado solo un minuto...
