- 100 gs jamón cocido o paleta (esto es opcional)

- Separamos la bocha de la calabaza y guardamos para otra receta. Pelamos el tronco y cortamos en rodajas de no más de 1,5 cm sino quedan muy gruesas.
- Salamos las rodajitas, untamos con aceite (yo uso de oliva) una asadera y colocamos allí las rodajitas.
- Ponemos a cocinar en horno 200 grados hasta que se empiezan a tiernizar.
- Darlas vuelta y con cuidado con una cuchara hacerles una cavidad en el centro para que contenga la salsita dejando solo un bordecito (tipo tronquito de la pizza :) )
- Volcarle la salsita en la cavidad o poner la rodaja del tomate con orégano o condimento para pizza. Volverlas al horno 5 minutitos más.
- Picar los huevos duros. Cortar bien chiquito el jamón cocido y mezclarlo con los huevos con un chorrito de aceite y sal
- Sacamos las pizzetitas del horno y vamos poniendo sobre cada una la mezcla de jamón y huevo.(yo uso un cortante redondo para apoyar sobre las rodajitas y así evitar que el jamón y el huevo se caigan a los costados,presiono la mezcla y saco el cortante)
- Agregamos sobre esta mezca un cuadradito de queso port salut o cremoso si no están a dieta... y volvemos a llevaras al horno hasta que el queso se derrita.
- Una vez derretido el queso, sacamos de el horno y salpicamos con un poquito de orégano... y ahora!!!! A disfrutar sin culpa !!,
- Consejito: hagan muuuuchaaas porque primero dicen " uh! Calabaza ! Y después... no queda ninguna !!! Frias son riquísimas también ;)
