  5. Incorporar al bol, la cebolla y el morrón frito con los dados de calabaza asada, revolver con cuidado de no romper los daditos de forma tal que se unan todos los ingredientes.
  6. Colocar la sarten en el fuego con 1cm de aceite, cuando este caliente verter todo el contenido de bol, dándole forma a la tortilla con una espátula o tenedor, tapar y cocinar a fuego medio por aprox. 15 minutos.
  7. Luego de los 15 minutos dar vuelta la tortilla ayudandonos con un plato, agregar 1cm mas de aceite, una vez caliente colocarla nuevamente, tapamos y terminamos la coccion en 15 minutos mas.
  8. Ahora si.... a chuparse los dedos !!!
