3. Recomendación. QUE EL Jamón Y EL QUESO SEA MÁS PEQUEÑO PARA QUE NO SOBRESALGA. CON LOS RECORTES DE MASA SOBRANTES LO ESTIRAIS Y RELLENAIS CON LOS SOBRANTES DE JAMÓN Y QUESO HACER COMO UNA NAPOLITANA Y CORTAIS UN POCO LOS LATERALES PARA QUE QUEDE MEJOR LO PINTAIS COMO UNA HUEVO AL HORNO. PINTAR DOS VECES DE HUEVO PARA FORTALECER QUE NO SE DERRITA EL QUESO
